Pros

You write your own paycheck based on how hard you are willing to work. You earn money while helping people build their dream home.

Cons

You have to work weekends. It can be cut throat at times, as in most sales positions, so you have to watch your back at times.

Pros

Good group of sales counselors peers but nobody stays long enough to become a cohesive team.

Cons

Massive turnover in both management and sales force. 19 left just this year alone in the Atlanta market. They like to hire young and inexperienced who don't know any better about fair business practices and payroll. No one explains how your pay works, so when you don't get paid at all or incorrectly, you may not even notice because it was never explained. If you are considering this company, think again. Run don't walk from this corrupt, greedy and unethical company.
