Pros

Fischer Homes is a fantastic place to work and rewards those who work hard! The culture is uplifting and there is a very meaningful sense of teamwork. I love my job of selling the dream of new homes and then watching homeowners delight in the whole building process. The system is setup to support one another in our varying roles and each division does a great job in the assistance. They do a great job in training and setting the right expectation as to what the job entails.

Cons

The sales counselor role requires hard work and extra hours in order to be successful- but the financial rewards are significant if you're willing to put in the effort! The hours are not normal, so you need to be prepared for working weekends.

Fischer Homes is top notch in the industry to work for. I absolutely love this company and cannot imagine myself working anywhere else. The people and support systems are incredible. The product is second to none. The benefits are great. There is ongoing training that is great. Working here not only makes me feel like I am part of a wonderful team, but also part of a family.

Cons

This is tough because I have worked for other builders and they pale in comparison to Fischer Homes. I guess the only advise I can give is to celebrate with the employees more with more overall company functions including all departments. As we continue to grow, it would be great to celebrate with the entire company and be able to get to know other employees more closely. Example: holiday party
