      product is well made. excellent building practices. unique interior and exterior designs.. beautiful communities, well designed site plans, awared winning architectural features, highly sought after locations.

      Cons

      very poor communication to internal and external customers. consistently offers features that are below customer expectations. consistently repeats the same mistakes with pricing. time frame from contract to close is extremely long and without cause.

      I have been in the Homebuilding industry for 25 years. The culture at Fischer Homes is what differentiates Fischer from other builders in the industry. The focus on the customer experience is true to the core.

      Fischer Homes is a growing organization. The expectation of each associate to be fully committed to the success of the team is not for everyone.
