The people are truly something special. Pretty decent HQ culture, depending on your department. The Customer is truly a focus from the top down.

Cons

Not competitive with benefits. Some departments are just overlooked and don't get the support that they actually need. Some managers are allowed to behave poorly and treat their employees badly.

Great company, tremendous place to work. Successful and treats associates very well. Great culture founded on doing what is right at all times.

Cons

It is not easy. There are high expectations across the board, and that is not for everyone. If you are a hard worker, who is dedicated to success, you will love it.
