Pros

Family atmosphere, friendly people (mostly), social environment, successful company. I enjoyed coming to work everyday which is rare. My boss was totally approachable and treated everyone with respect and kindness.

Cons

No real advancement opportunities. There are no clear paths. Everything is separated so much that you'd be starting completely over if you changed jobs or divisions.
