      I have been with Fischer Homes for a little over a year. There are a number of management training programs to help with career advancement., and an exciting 5 year plan that will yield many growth opportunities.

      I have been able to learn the home building industry as well as grow professionally within the company. You are encouraged to take ownership of your career growth by participating in programs outside of your daily job responsibilities.

      Pros

      Having come from a much larger, public company less than 2 years ago, I can say that the ability to make an impact on an organization in such a short amount of time has been extremely gratifying. Every role in this company is viewed as important and is given the autonomy to be successful and contribute something of worth to the company at large. Everyone involved at all levels is in the business of living the consistent message of a an "Exceptional Customer Experience" and this is evident in the culture that permeates every corner of the business. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and with this fantastic people.
