Pros

You will receive a paycheck

Cons

- You are constantly micromanaged. - You are not valued. You are compared to retail employees such as Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's, or Walmart. They're not a call center. - Raises do not cover the cost of living, but the CEO gets his bonus every year regardless. - Lower level employees are so unhappy, their mental health is rapidly declining. - There is one token person of color/gender at the top of leadership. It's a good old boy's club.
