Time off and benefits not really sure what else

Cons

Turn over. You'll get work loads thrown at you with no heads up with no pay increase. No real room for moving up unless you are applying for a position that your friend has control over. They forced customer service representatives to work during COVID in office while they sent everyone else home because they didn't trust the agents to work home whilst they sent home 90% of the staff
