Management only has limited control and zero backbone. Health benefits are so expensive. Annual salary is no longer remotely competitive. No bonuses or commission. Annual salary increases are minimal and rely on a bias rating system controlled by what’s in the tiny budget. Back to the company no longer being employee centered. Organization and communication between departments is poor. This company is on the woke train.

CEO just doesn’t care about the employees. We are just a number that can easily be replaced. I was hired remote and then forced into an office or lose my job. The work from office idea is to collaborate with my peers. Well it’s hard when you don’t work with anyone in the office. I travel an each way now and not compensated for gas fees. They have let so many talented employees go. We do double the work now, with barely an increase in pay.
