Leadership doesn’t care about the employees and worst thing is they show off they do. They don’t trust the employees and install tracking software on people who have been with them for 10+ years. They post an HR policy and instead find ways to refrain from that and when asked about where it is mentioned in the policy they just circumvent the question. They call themselves a Fintech but do not pay a competitive salary or even a livable salary for tech teams. They have the most expensive health insurance of any big company in the market. In name of collaboration, they force the employees to come to office even when there don’t have the seats Available for them. In the name of equity bonus, they give you 5 stocks. In the name of yearly bonus they give you your half months rent. I have lost any motivation to work for this company Frank and team, if you are reading this, start trusting and caring for your employees. They are the reason you earn millions of bucks every year.
