Pros

Flexibility allowed by direct leadership.

Cons

Senior leadership was not focused on client experiences. They would state they want the best client service experience but would not pay those resources enough to be retained. Also, had initiatives to improve infrastructure that would never complete (leadership was allowed to remain in their positions of power though). Removal of flexibility (hybrid, WFH) by senior leadership.

Pros

Great place to learn and make mistakes. Great place to help guide you on what you don't want in a company. Great place to start your career and then leave.

Cons

ANY review encouraging you to work here, either works for a completely different team and/or are bots trying to change their low ratings. Low pay No team moral Unorganized Absolutely no accountability Pay raises are nonexistent FINGER POINTING POLICY HERE ! Hard work is not recognized and doing more is looked under the lens of "busy day" and not under the lens of " Trying to show I am a team player and want to do more" Credit Risk Analyst team turnover is embarrassing. They rather hire "top performing call center ppl" (so they don't have to pay them anywhere near the normal salary) FYI This is not a knock customer service ppl they are great and just as capable but the learning curve is at a minimum of 7 months and by then they leave because how hard and a cluster F this position is. Instead of hiring very experienced Analyst 5-8 years (because that would require them to pay 80k-90k a year because this position is difficult and absolutely draining. BECAUSE no one would want to do this job for 40k ( thats $1500 every two weeks and that's not including insurance and/or 401k!! So think about this, $2800 a month after healthcare and 401k. You pay rent of $1400 for a 1/1 apartment if you're lucky in Florida. Now you have $1400 leftover, minus a car call it $350 a month and car insurance at least $120 ($930 left for the month and you haven't put gas or bought any food. ) Some customer service ppl got paid 40k for this job, which is insane. The highest I ever saw starting was 50k. I'd highly recommend looking for another company before working here. I know this sounds like a salty review but I got lucky I was in and out and making double and some compared to the salary here. I leave this review for the person looking to grow or in need of a job. This is coming from a person who worked in a warehouse in college... This is not the gig you want, this place is toxic and depressing.
