Pros
Only positive is they automatically contribute to your HSA account without you having to put any money towards it.
Cons
No training- You will be thrown to the fire and have no clue how to do your job because they won't take the time to train and mentor people You will NEVER receive a raise above 2%. All employees are given a "meets standards" on your review so they won't have to give a legitimate raise. You literally lose money by working here against inflation. Incompetent management Constant layoffs
