Got paid on time, every time.

Cons

Horrible workplace culture and its getting worse. The 5 day on-site mandate/badge tracking pushed out the talented people and we can't convince good candidates to come onboard due to these ridiculous policies. Roles are not being backfilled and people are stressed. More people leave and you've got yourself a good old feedback loop of misery.
