Over worked and grossly under paid. They give you a cell phone and laptop, you have to be at there beck and call every single minute of the day when you leave the office. Workload may be higher than some like. Management at midlevel is hit or miss. Good managers are very good, bad managers are very bad. Pay rates are fair to start, but never keep up over time. stock awards take too long to vest, making them throw away for the most part. C suite demands work from office only. Company bills itself as a technology company, but doesn't offer technology company amenities. Majority of new hiring must be Dublin Ohio or Atlanta GA.
