Pros

Due to several divisions, there may be opportunity for associates to diversify.

Cons

Overworked, Underpaid, office culture is similar to old/traditional corporate values and not updated to the 21st century. Inconsistent work from home policies. Work/life balance not possible for most associates since they are over-worked while some incompetent associates thrive.

Pros

I cannot say anything good not because i am a former employee because i never had a single day in last 3 years when i ever felt excited to go to office

Cons

I would like to describe in details: 1) Zero work ethics as everyone working in this company for a longer time have so much job insecurity that they do not like people who want to bring change that might put them in a difficult situation. 2) Promotions is not based on performance 3) Only horizontal growth. No opportunity for vertical growth. 4) They post job opening for fresher in management field and then do not offer saying the pay rate is higher than what you are getting. 5) Make employees work on multiple projects and rewards them with piece if chicken fries while ordering good food for management. This shows they do not work on "One Fiserv" vision. They treat themselves superior while poor employees working Overtime. 6) Management only communicate through email and employee idea is never appreciated even after having "I-innovate" website in place. Thats just for show 7) They pay low wages, bad incentive plan and disrespectful managers except few good ones. 8) Their cost saving idea is to terminate employees and take their exit interview .They do nothing with feedback they get from exit interviews Only key to survive in this company on higher management level is to keep the knowledge gained for LOB's to yourself and not share with anyone to enjoy your office space.
