Pros
- Hike and Appraisal are good. - Good environment culture. - Your happiness depends on which project you are in. - Good work life balance
Cons
- Cafeteria is the worst - Technologies are not up to date. - If you stay in fiserv for more than two years, you won't be able to compete in the market. - Very less technical work. - Higher management politics - Lot of hiring on Director level which doesn't make sense. - Two - three directors for small project. They should rather hire associates who will work. - No hierarchy is followed. - False promises by higher management. - If you have UK client, you are done. - Process is defined.
