Pros

My manager and co workers are great. The culture is still okay even though FD is slowly killing it.

Cons

We acquired First Data and retained all the executives from a company that was failing. They are currently killing the flexible work culture that many have enjoyed for 30+ years. They are taking WFH away, installing employee monitoring tools, creating an old school environment, and killing every bit of culture that us Fiserv employees loved and replacing it with practices that made First Data terrible in the first place. It is clear that Jeff Yabuki doesn't care anymore and is fine with letting Frank run the company while he buys his retirement house in Malibu.

Pros

When I worked there in 2019, before the merger, everything was fine. Management was good and so were the benefits.

Cons

After the merger, you could feel the cold air grasping at everyone's throats. Truly disappointed that Jeff Yabuki sold his soul to First Data. They allowed the leadership of a failing company take over and it has proved to be disastrous for all of the good people that worked there.

Pros

Generally good comradery with team members, good pto time, decent benefits

Cons

Direction of the company is focused on share holders, no regard for working level employees, company has gotten too "big". Salary is far below industry. Tenure means nothing. No loyalty to the people that have stuck with the company for 10+ years.

Your candor is appreciated, although it's disappointing that we have let you down. While we take feedback like this and share it with appropriate internal resources, we also feel that our culture is not a match for everyone. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, which will be considered during our process of continuous improvement.
