Pros

The below average pay gets to you on time. That's basically it. If you are fortunate enough to get on a team with some good people, misery loves company.

Cons

Hard to say more than what has been said already about how horrible this place is. The way you are monitored and tracked at Fiserv feels like high school part two: electric boogaloo. The overly expensive medical benefits are bottom of the barrel and hardly cover anything, which is ironic because working there is enough to make anyone sick to their stomach (too bad you'll have to wait in line for the bathroom due to the overcrowded office). Even if you desperately need a job, this place is not worth selling your soul and should truly be your last resort. The sad part is the people here who go out of their way to at least try and make things better or more enjoyable are the first people to be punished and shown the door. This place is a dictatorship in every sense of the word and should be avoided at all costs.

Going downhill - stay away

Pros

The pay and benefits are good, especially for recent hires. Individual teams can be great to work with. I enjoy my team, all the way up through our EVP.

Cons

Executive leadership is terrible. They are old school and want to micro-manage every employee. In the past year, we've gone from flexible WFH options, to mandated in-office M-Th and WFH only on Fridays, and now they have implemented very intrusive computer logging software that tracks everything you do (Look up Sapience - Workforce Analytics). They spin it as a tool for everyone to use as a way to improve their productivity, but we all know that's BS. It's a tool to spy on every employee. The lack of trust in employees is ridiculous.

Pros

My team is great, including my direct manager.

Cons

The current CEO tends toward the condescending when speaking about employees who do not agree with him. The morale of the company because of this is quite low. Added is the installation of Sapience spyware on employees computers. There is no trust that employees will do their job, and instead focus on keystrokes and "in the zone" time. As such it almost encourages you to go slower on a task that you would normally be able to finish quicker than a co-worker. If I am able to do in 30 minutes, what takes a team member an hour, I will come off looking worse. By showing I had only done 30 minutes of work vs. their hour despite the outcome being the same. Frank likes to say we are a tech company and compares us to Amazon. When we make the salaries, and have the benefits, of Amazon I will buy into that idea.
