Good learning experience with global US banking clients. Fiserv is good on learning opportunities and offering a good payscale . At par with industry standards.

* Heavy command and control culture *15 years behind technology curve. * Lack of speed to innovate * Top rated employees can only earn 3% increase * Performance bonus comes with caveat of clawback * Small cash bonus- mostly equity, which the stock has dropped 75% *Office Space culture and building design. 1990s management style * 0 focus on employee development * Minimal autonomy - will get knocked down for trying to innovate * Central services make it extremely difficult to get answers or submit tickets * Very little investment in resources for a team or person to succeed
