Good Culture, But Poor Admin and Zero Flexibility

Pros

Good work culture within the company. Good work–life balance (at least in my project). Decent pay, though not exceptional.

Cons

No job security. Micro‑management driven by Jira data across the company. Layoffs sometimes happen based on this data. Worst Leadership. No flexibility with WFH; limited to 10 days per year. Regardless of the reason, management usually denies WFH requests. Mandatory minimum of 8.00 hours in the office. Monthly reports are generated and escalated to the leadership team. Insufficient and poorly equipped meeting rooms in some facilities. Some facilities lack adequate meeting room availability for the employee count. Admin‑related Cons To get a laminated ID cover that costs ₹5, you must surrender the previous one; otherwise, you will be questioned unnecessarily. Restroom tap water is dirty—often yellow in color—indicating possible use of recycled or waste water. Around 50% of restroom accessories are frequently non‑functional. The annual Spectrum event is conducted in a poorly maintained marriage hall with a capacity of only 250, despite a company headcount of around 4,000. The ambience is extremely poor for a corporate event. Fiserv is the only company using Basement‑2 parking without lift access; employees must use the stairs. Fiserv employees are temporarily allowed to eat home‑brought food in the Embassy food court, but there is no dedicated food court for Fiserv employees within the premises, unlike other companies. The admin team appears unfit for corporate standards. However, they have been given excessive freedom in the name of cost‑cutting, and this is being misused.

Pros

The benefits are good and the pay is ok. I also meant some cool people and got a lot of new skills to advance my resume. Holiday pay was good as well.

Cons

The point system is trash. I had never been on a job that points you per hour you miss. So if you miss a whole day, that's 8 points and you get to 40, you are out of there. That's 5 days. 5 DAYS!! 5. Days. Smh
