      Pros

      I liked the people I worked with, my managers. Benefits are nice, pay is well.

      Cons

      They keep saying they care about us, but it is apparent to me and others that they (senior leadership / the board) is following an agenda, and that they would rather look good on the outside than serve and better their own within. That "vision" or "leadership" conveys all the way down to the little guy, directly impacting his/her working quality of life.
