      Pros

      Good work life balance and colleagues. 401k match and ESPP. Medical is expensive. Leads are generally good. Parental leave started a year ago.

      Cons

      Not good enough who is looking for growth opportunities. If you are someone who is ok to get comfortable in your job then you would like it.

      Great office environment, working on great projects. So many talent people who can give a lot of support. Good work life balance. WFH, etc.
