Good pay, franchise owners really care about their employees. Work is consistent year round.

Cons

Early morning hours but that helps to finish the days work sooner in the summer heat and avoiding traffic.

Pay in the job is above average. Not hourly. You get a percentage of everything you clean so you can make good money. Company vehicles and paid vacation too. Good work environment

Cons

Sometimes weather slows us down, but we make up for it on the good weather days
