The pay is good, and the owner is a kind soul

Cons

They will not promote internally. If you work as a washer, you will not be considered in any capacity to do any other job besides washing. They will not listen to employee concerns, and constantly struggle to maintain any semblance of communication with clients.

Pros

Great place to work if you are self motivated to make money. You work alone and as long as you do a good job you can get more work and make more money. It's also flexible. I can take time off or leave early if I want to.
