Trademark practice group mired in minutia. In trying to be efficient, the culture of management overdoes it and ends up making processes inefficient. Sometimes simpler is better. Over- analyzes everything and many of the attorneys are perfectionist micro managers to a fault. Lost many superb TM paralegals because they could not deal with the stress inflicted upon them in the name of efficiency.
