Pros

Innovative culture, Smart folks, Decent pay and Benefits (except for the healthcare). Tuition Reimbursement, Veery Generous 401K match.

Cons

Very bottom line culture. Not uncommon for staff with over 20 years with the firm to get laid off. Almost all of the Back Office was moved from Boston to Twin Cities to save $3MM a year. At least the Jobs moved. Its obvious that some C-Level managers are just looking to cruse to retirement. The market is changing and many other firm's are building IP departments which will lower your revenues.

Pros

Very generous with time off and holidays

Cons

A good chunk of the attorneys act like they are better than everyone else, the ruder they are, the faster they move up the corporate ladder. Don't they realize that staff is there and helps them to do their job? The morale has gone down the last two to three years. No room to grow whatsoever.
