Good pay, great benefits

Cons

They have no regards to who you are unless you an associate. They promote discrimination and segregation towards non legal staff. One day you have a job, then one day it was relocated out of state.

They offer great pay, decent benefits and a flexible schedule. There are some really great people working there.

Cons

They under-value their staff, leaving morale low. Some attorneys are unrealistic in their expectations. All opportunity for non- attorneys is in Minneapolis.
