• As a small company that supports many products, you will naturally need to wear a lot of hats and fill in to projects based on the demand of the sales pipeline. It is difficult to become a true expert or keep up with the latest released features in a few products when you need to focus 20-40 hours/week on unrelated products for another project. Because of this, you tend to be a more reactive resource in sales calls or new projects rather than a proactive authority.
