best at not laying you off.

Cons

Pay is not fair! Been there 22 years running everything! My pay finally got to 12.00 an hour because minimum wages went up 2 years ago. I was making way under 10 an hour before that. I'm a female. Males is different, and depends on who you are, get better pay!
