Not really any cons, unless you ask to turn the heat up. Its cold in the winter.

usually a flexible schedule. my current pay is decent.

the pay was OK for me but others made significantly less. management has handled many issues in not the best way possible or has not solved them. did not go over the yearly review with me.

Area director out right lied to me in interview and had me sign a no compete that he said he would never enforce and when I tried to quit after 6 months, he sent the lawyers after me
