-Flexible Hours -Easy entry level work -No working weekends -Great if you are going to school

Cons

-Very rarely will you get a raise, unless you become a manager -Unless you are a manager, don't expect special treatment -The structure of the company is very disorganized -Lack of communication between managers -Many manager live by a "I'm only in it for me" attitude.
