There are lots of dedicated people who have been with the company for many years and very few years who genuinely care about you as an employee as well as the customer.

Cons

There is lots of turnover and pay increases are non existant.

Middle management needs experience managing people, consistency and a better game plan. Work load is a problem and not evenly spread out among the team.

Good benefits, great vacation time, good employees to work with

Poor management. Constantly in meetings discussing what needs to be done without being able to do it. A lot of finger pointing and backstabbing from people that have been there too long and are not accountable for their own actions. Praised one week and discarded the next. Unfortunate as there is great potential with this company. Disappointed all around. Turnover of Supervisors in the last 6-9 months has been at least 4-5 positions. At some point maybe look at the leaders leading them instead of the ones that left or were termed.
