Pros
FFW does an awesome providing work life balance for athletic trainers who are used to working endless hours day in and day out. Schedules are mostly set, 40 hours on site max, and tons of manager support. Additionally they are very committed to providing extra education opportunities in ergonomics, safety, and other similar topics.
Cons
Because of the way clients are distributed, drive times can be slightly longer than usual (40min to an hour typically)
