Great members, and teammates. The management I worked with (CM and DM) were incredibly helpful. They give you the opportunity to build your own team.

Cons

Direction is constantly changing, not a whole lot of support from corporate or expectations that are not realistic. If you’re at the club level you’re at risk of losing your job for anything at any moment, HR/corporate will fire you at the drop of a hat for little to no reason.

I was able to communicate and fix my own schedule if you love kids this is the place for you fun-loving co workers

Cons

Hectic working with kids for hours also have to make sure the work area is clean
