      Pros

      Can be a fun environment bcuz of little to no supervision. Employees at corporate office tend to stay there for a long time. Very few raises, but pay is fair.

      Cons

      You're on your own at corp office. Mgr doesn't: check in with employees, make sure they're treated fairly, relay important changes (new gym openings & procedures). Responsibilities & expectations are grossly unequal. All new work is piled on the same few ppl. Some work 10-12+ hours daily & still can't keep up, while others are "bored." Gyms are given bonuses & trips, while corp employees often have to buy their own basic supplies.
