      Pros

      I really cant give any pros. It is good for high schoolers wanting to have a part time job while still in school.

      Cons

      Pay is nothing. No breaks given for 5-6 hour shifts. You pretty much get one or two shifts worth of training and that's it. Management is slow on the uptake when it comes to dealing with problems that arise at the cash register. You are expected to know where everything goes in the store, without help.

      Pros

      Secure job as the company is growing at a steady pace. The top tiered people in the company generally seem to care about not only what's best for the company but it's associates as well.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs. While the top level management cares, there always seems to be a disconnection between them and other corporate associates. Too many floor moves, changes on busy sale days. Payroll never lines up with the sales/tasking needs.
