      minimum wage not too strict of a work environment

      Cons

      I worked at a brand new store just before opening with a lot of other teenagers, and I hated being treaded like I was a child who didn't know anything. The manager got me confused with another girl with my same name and I wasn't supposed to work, the manager asked me to stay if I could, and I didn't even get paid for that night.

      Benefits and flexibility. Daydreaming about leaving.

      Cons

      Everything. Payroll is a disgrace, shipment is out of control, they expect salaried managers to work all of the time. They pay everyone garbage money. They pretend to care but they don't.
