Pros

it was a really fun environment and getting new stuff in was cool. It was a really easy company to work for and I often miss working there.

Cons

I caught someone stealing and that person sent a letter up to corporate saying that I was a racist and corporate fired me without a second thought, they didn't even ask me what happened.

Just don't

Pros

The discount was nice but that was the only plus that I can honestly tell you, everything else was horrible.

Cons

I was frequently called in early (usually four or five hours BEFORE I was supposed to start) and then asked to stay past the end of my shift. As a result I ended up working 10-13 hour shifts WITH NO BREAK. The managers spent 99% of their time sitting in the back rooms on their phones and not on the floor where they should actually be. Every single person was paid minimum wage, no exception. Despite the fact that when I was hired I was told by both the GM and AGM that I would be getting paid at least 9.50 an hour. The managers will do everything they can to make sure that you won't qualify for what benefits they offer which means they will work you to the absolute bone for three weeks and then on the fourth week will cut you down to three hours. We frequently had associates who would either show up two or three hours late (or not at all) to their shift with zero repercussion for their actions. All in all it was an absolute terrible experience and I would not recommend that anyone work for this company ever.
