      Pros

      Good benefits and pay you for more company holidays than most, if you had to work them. Casual dress and t-shirts

      Cons

      China junk, lots of returns, short staffed by cutting hours and pushing staff to upsell to get customers to buy more items. Any complaints made never answered by HR. You can find same stuff at Wal-Mart, Big Lots or other Dollar Stores.

      Pros

      Some of the customers you meet will ask for you by name. You can make good contacts from them.

      Cons

      Long hours, not properly compensated. Being asked to preform the jobs of many without proper compensation. Ignorant customers who tear open things and leave them scattered in the store. Not properly trained. Staff that does not care. General managers who don't care and simply do what the district manager tells them. District managers who will set you up for failure. No room for advancement. No raises. Being treated like dirt!
