      Independence in merchandising, but unrealistic expectations prevail

      Pros

      Bonuses, a lot of independence when it comes to merchandising.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations for almost every aspect of the job. Freight overflow with no payroll hours to help. Payroll is a joke most weeks. Constantly adding and changing different rules. Customers are god awful. The job just all out sucks. They pay is alright but if you’re a manager it’s low considering everything you required to do.
