      Pros

      It's a fun atmosphere and there is a lot to do so the day goes by quickly. It feels great to be able to assist customers and share in their happiness.

      Cons

      The work environment at my store was unprofessional; I was overworked and had to quit because I couldn't handle the hours/stress of a management position while attending school.

      Employee Discount, Easy going environment, Acknowledgement of achievements from corporate office.

      Cons

      No comprehensive management / Key holder training, Improper handling of HR issues, Issues handled on a personal basis instead of on a professional level by improperly trained management. lack of discipline in accordance to their own company policies and rules. Improper scheduling to associates.
