      Customer engagement is a lot of fun! You have a lot of freedom with making the store more fun for the customers.

      Cons

      Upper management is very sneaky. HR turns a blind eye when it concerns anyone above store front level.

      fun products, opportunity to make customers really happy

      Cons

      low pay. unpredictable schedule. zero benefits for position even though you're doing the same work as other higher management. favoritism among higher management. abuse of power. no work life balance whatsoever. support lead is there just so the other 3 managers can sit in the back and do nothing, or so the store manager can constantly go on vacations. absolutely horrific corporate structure.
