      Pros

      Fun, Teamwork, Friendly Environment. The days can be long when it is slow but it basically goes on customer flow.

      Cons

      Disorganized, Favoritism. I have seen a lot of people stepped over for management positions by employees who worked half the time and had half the experience of the coworker.

      Schedule is nice for family and it is a fun enviorment. Some really cool products that are as easily as good as higher end products

      Cons

      Pay stinks for management No advancement everyone one in district manager position brought from outside Higher ups think they are better then you Can never get ahold of anyone in corporate The payroll dept is a joke They just send you whatever they do not care what you have in your back room they just expect you to sell it Christmas is a joke. They expect the world but give you no supporting help. There is no communication in the conan they send or do something without any communication to the leaders of store
