      Pros

      Flexibility, fun environment, great benefits. You can balance both home and you can still parent. Corporate employees are very friendly except for District Managers

      Cons

      District Managers do not want to promote from within. They are bring in their own people and then expecting us to train them and the company is letting them get away with it.
