      Pros

      Hours are very flexible but that's because we have a great manager in our store.

      Cons

      DMs are terrible. Freight is terrible. Product is low quality and often sits on shelves for years. They are banking hours to make up for loss sales, or problem stores. The entire district is punished if one store is declining because of thr incompetence of that store's management and the DM's negligence

      Pros

      Great environment. Nice customers. Never too busy. Always had something to do, however. Decent management. Some coworkers were great.

      Cons

      A few coworkers were disrespectful, and on top of it all, a lot of them steal towards the end of their shifts. I left because one coworker was being extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. And pay wasn't too great, but for students, it's a good start.
