      Pros

      Great Discount, Fun Enviorment and Management is Cool. During The Holidays You Meet A lot Of Nice People and your always busy.

      Cons

      They Don't Offer Enough Hours , even when you ask for them. There's also some favoritism that goes on around the busniess. Closing The Store is Hard Mainly Because Of Recovey and returns are always a mess.

      Relaxed retail setting Employee discount Constantly growing store chain that customers are excited about

      Cons

      Not a lot of room to move up or be promoted. Pay is crap. You will find yourself doing more work for the same amount of pay as the person standing up front with a dumb expression on their face. Corporate has no idea what it's like to be in these stores. They live behind a curtain. There's also no drug test or background check at an entry level position so I've been exposed to quite a variety of coworkers.
