      Pros

      Made friends Worked around my time in school (college) Did a number of different jobs (cashier, stock, floor) Yearly review with chance of small pay raise Higher ups remember you

      Cons

      Can have some rude managers and associates Yearly pay raise is very small Not much of a chance of moving up in the field

      Pros

      Great Store, good deals, the discount helps alot, awesome products, I love the focus on children and teens not so much as adults. We get constant hours.

      Cons

      This particular Five Below was built in a horrible part of town. There are constant rude customers and at the end of the night recovery is the worst. There are NEVER more than 2 employees working at night!!also SWITCH UP THE SCHEDULE ( If we all have an open schedule its not fair to give the morning hours to only one person)

      Small store, and fun environment. Good for a first timer needing to get experience under their belt.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional work place. People can get away with too much. Customers are very rude and trashy.
