Pros

5 Rivers Cattle Feeding cares about it's workforce. The environment is very encouraging, inclusive, and motivated to do the right thing. Great support from Senior Leaders, Peers and Operations Personnel. Turnover is very low across the company. Many, many employees have been here in excess of 20 years which is a massive testimonial to the quality of work, working environment, and company culture.

None that I can think of at this time.

So Much To Learn with Some of the Best People in the Industry

Five Rivers Cattle is an amazing place to work and learn no matter who you are! I love that we have a divers mix of women and men from different places and backgrounds on the team. Every day is a new adventure and I get to learn from the best people in the industry. The people at Five Rivers really care about cattle and making sure that each cow has what they need every day of the year. We have a mission to take care of our cattle and to creating a sustainable future while feeding the world. I would highly recommend Five Rivers!

Cons

Covid-19 breakout. JBS does not value employees or their health. They did not test all employees for covid-19. It's not a safe place for employees and their families.
