Pros

If you love working cattle and hard work that might be the only plus. Must be able to take long days, very cold in winter, and hot hot in summer.

Cons

Management is horrible, women for the most part are looked down on. Also seen women not treated with respect and others are threatened by a smart woman. supervisors and managers didnt earn their spot but got it just to be filled, bunch of ignorant and lazy people. Oh pay sucks too.

Pros

Its just a job if you are starving.

Cons

Once long term employees are getting up their in years. They fire or find a way to terminate the person once they see the employees time is near. No respect for people, once they have no use for you or you are going to cost them money they ax you.
