Pros

This company is one of the better in the industry. It isn’t perfect, but it’s as close as I think you can find. Management are very receptive to feedback and listen to employee suggestions. Everyone on the staff is kind and friendly – there really wasn’t any office politics. You’re paid well, you have the opportunity to work OT if you need the extra cash, and all of the locations you work at are upscale hotels. If I didn’t decide to go back to school, I’d still be here.

Cons

Inconsistent hours And Outdated equipment.

Pros

If you work hard, approach your job with passion and creativity, and can prove your value to management, you can get promoted quickly here. Management is always on the lookout for fresh talent who can show them that they’re ready to take on more responsibility. At so many other companies I’ve worked for promotions are all about who you know, but here it’s about what you know and, more importantly, what you can do.

Cons

Expect the hotel/resort staff to try to bring their drama into your work day. You can just choose to ignore it, but it’s still an annoying distraction.
